Where is the Holiday Countdown Toy Show Located?
The Holiday Countdown Toy Show is located at the Nur Shrine Center in New Castle, DE (198 S Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720).
What time does the show run and is there an admission fee to get into the show?
The train show runs from 9AM – 2PM on Saturday with an 8AM early buyer hour. The toy show runs from 10AM-4PM with a 9AM early buyer hour. The admission to the train show is $5 per person, though children under 12 can attend for free. The toy show is $7 per person with children under 12 attending for free.
Is there food at the Holiday Countdown Toy Show?
Yes. We make sure to book a food truck for the event. You can also find several restaurants down the road from the Shrine.
Do vendors accept card payments, or only cash payments?
This is at the discretion of each individual dealer. Some may accept card payments, and some may choose to only accept cash. An ATM is available at the premises, and there is a Wawa right down the road if needed.
What type of merchandise can I expect to find at the Holiday Countdown Toy Show?
This show is billed as a vintage toy show, so the vast majority of merchandise available is vintage toys and trains, however you never know what our dealers will bring. We also have antique toys, new collectible toys, and more!
