How much does it cost to be a vendor at the Delaware Train Show or Holiday Countdown Toy Show?
Train Show: Single Tables = $25ea, 3 Tables for $60, Additional Tables After Buying 3 = $20 ea.

Toy Show: Single Table = $60ea, 3 Tables for $160, Additional Tables After Buying 3 = $45ea.

Do spaces come with chairs?
Yes, all tables come with chairs for dealers to sit in.

When is dealer setup?
Dealer setup begins at 6:30AM and runs until the show opens. We expect dealers to be fully set up by the time the doors open to buyers.

Can multiple dealers share a single space at the Holiday Countdown Toy Show?
Within reason, absolutely you can. Multiple dealers are welcome to share tables at the show.

Who do I contact to set up at the Holiday Countdown Toy Show?
You can reach out to us through the website or through Facebook. Contracts for the show can be found on this website as well.

Can crafters set up at the Holiday Countdown Toy Show?
No, we do not have spaces for crafters at this show. While we do offer them at the Mullica Hill Toy Show, we do not have space for them at this venue.

Will there be food at the show?
Yes. We try to provide a food truck to our vendors and customers for the show and try to ensure that they offer a variety of basic options to satisfy the majority of our guests.
